This story about Antawn Jamison is a touching one, about the importance of him playing back in New Orleans after Katrina, considering he grew up close by. I'm happy to see major sports figures helping to keep events like this fresh in the minds of the fans even years later, because they are all too easily forgotten.

Andray Blatche arrested!

What is with these rich, famous players getting arrested? Wizards forward Andray Blatche was arrested yesterday for soliciting sex! Like this guy needs to pay for sex! I thought girls flocked to the locker room after NBA games. Maybe despite his skills on the court, this guy's got no game!

Arenas makes 2nd Team

Gilbert Arenas was named to the All-NBA Second Team, his third consecutive season to receive the honor. The only other player in franchise history to do so was Elvin Hayes from 72-73 to 76-77. Way to go Gilbert!
